A couple months ago, I downloaded a few different photo editing apps, a couple of which were VSCO and Facetune. Since then, my Instagram feed has made a complete 180°! I mean, there’s still lots of room for growth, I’m no Amber Fillerup Clark, but my feed as a whole looks like the photos were chosen and edited on purpose! Woohoo!
Do you work from home or hope to someday work from home but aren’t sure how to actually make it work? I know many people who feel like they need the structure of an office setting in order to be the most productive they can be. And while working in an office can be great, many men and women who work from home don’t have that option. So what’s a work from home mom or dad supposed to do when scrolling through Facebook sounds a lot more appealing (and easier) than being the “self-starter” in a work-from-home job?

WHAT IS A MEDIA KIT?
A media kit is baaasically your bloggin’ resume. It’s what you’re going to hand out to the person you want to hire you. That being said, you’re going to want to talk yourself up a bit. Even if you’re a new blogger, don’t be ashamed of the number of followers or pageviews you have. It’s extremely important to know what you are good at and and to know how exactly you can help the brand you’re reaching out to.
If you’re a blogger who’s looked up any kind of blogging advice before, you’ve probably heard that growing your email list is a good idea. Well, probably more than just a “good” idea. Growing your list is everything when it comes to creating your own products that you want to market to an audience who already loves your blog and what you have to offer.
Now there’s so many ways to get someone to sign up for your list. But when they do… where do you keep that email and what do you do with it? Today I want to talk to you guys about my all-time favorite email service provider: MailerLite.
If you’ve found yourself reading this tutorial, you’re probably super pumped to be starting your blog, but a little lost and overwhelmed at the technology to do so. You may have never thought that a blog would involve things like web hosts, DNS settings, different blogging platforms, social media platforms, etc. It’s true, there is a lot to learn for someone just starting out, but don’t get overwhelmed!! All anyone needs in order to set up a blog is a desire to learn and seek out answers.
That’s where I want to help!
